The next time you take the BTS Skytrain, or the MRT Blue, Purple or Green lines in Bangkok, take a look at the Platform Screen Doors (PSD). Since 2013, we have installed PSDs and other rail electronics solutions across several stations. Most recently, we are elated to have also implemented PSDs and communications systems in 6 newly opened stations along the city’s MRT Green Line and Blue Line extensions. These bring about seamless commute for an expected ridership to more than double to 800,000 a day for the Blue Line extension.
